Yes, we provide full-service OEM & ODM for hotel goods. We can customize sizes, color-matching, material combinations (leather, wood, metal, resin, ABS, etc), logos, and modular layouts based on your design concepts. Our team can develop new molds to match your hospitality-project requirements perfectly. Feel free to share your reference drawings or ideas, we will work out a tailored solution for you.

There is no MOQ requirement for our products, including hardware pieces that need new moulds. We fully cater to all different needs of hotel distributors.

Absolutely. We provide samples for quality evaluation and marking test. Standard samples ALL ARE free of charges, but courier fees may apply. For customized samples, a small sample fee may be charged, which is refundable upon confirmation of a bulk order.

Stock samples are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Customized samples typically require 7-15 days depending on the complexity of the design. Express courier services, like DHL/FEDEX/UPS, generally delivery within 7-9 working days worldwide.

Usually in 35 days after the pre-production samples confirmed and deposit done based on 300pcs.

Each individual item is packed in an eco-friendly non-woven bag. Multiple pieces are consolidated into a 5-ply heavy-duty export carton sealed with eco-friendly packing tape. For premium-grade packaging requirements, we can supply plastic-free non-woven bags. This high-end packaging material is already in mass-production at our factory.

We could offer FOB, CIF or DDU trade terms.

We operate our self-owned manufacturing facility, enabling full oversight over production procedures and rigorous quality-control standards. Pre-production samples are mandatory for every project, subject to the hotel client's formal approval. Once confirmed, the samples act as the benchmark for our production and QC departments, eliminating potential mistakes at the initial stage.

We can provide relevant material-certification documents. All raw materials comply with hotel-grade standards, including RoHS, REACH and other environmental-compliance certificates upon request.

We provide dedicated after-sales support. If any quality-related issues occur from our production within a reasonable period, we will take full responsibility to resolve it.

Warranty Terms for hotel amenities:

• Leather items: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (glue separation, edge peeling). Exclude damage from chemical cleaners, scratches and improper usage.
• Metal-hardware: 3-year warranty for plating fading, welding break-off issues.
• Resin & ABS parts: 2-year warranty for cracking or coating-peeling caused by production faults.
• Solid-wood structure: 3-year warranty for manufacturing-related defects such as joint separation, glue failure and structural cracking under normal hotel-room usage.

The warranty starts upon the date of goods arrival at destination port. Quality-related issues from our production will be solved by free-of-charge replacement of components within the warranty period.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). 30% deposit before production, 70% balance settled before shipment.
